Response Times Around the Clock
Daytime (8 AM-5 PM): standard same-day response 2-5 hours. Evening (5 PM-10 PM): 1-3 hour response, premium applies. Night (10 PM-8 AM): 2-4 hour response for emergencies only, higher premium. Weekends and holidays: 2-5 hour response, weekend premium applies. We prioritize based on safety urgency, not time of day.
